No Discrimination

Once it may have been acceptable to ask whether you are straight or gay, now apparently it is discriminatory. A California court has deemed a site that requires one to specify their sexuality to be discriminatory and the site may be facing liabilities. A site that helps one find a roommate may be sued for discrimination since there is a field that asks one what their sexuality is.
