New power supplies released by Antec

More and more computer peripherals and hardware are becoming more power hungry because of the race towards getting the fastest available products in the market. A few years ago, I wouldn’t have believed that a graphics card will need its own dedicated connection to the PSU. But now, high end cards practically demand their own channel to uninterrupted power. This is making PSU manufacturers take notice and have been coming out with increasingly powerful PSUs to satisfy the demands of both computer users and the hardware itself.

Antec, probably one of the more well known PSU brands, recently released 850 watt and 1000 watt PSUs. From the humongous capacities of these power supplies, the most tricked out hardware will never have power problems. But at 249 and 299 dollars, respectively, this is also definitely going to put a serious dent on your pockets.
